The overall style of the professional development and software courses is remarkably similar to that of LinkedIn Learning. The Udemy instructors were proficient and gave comprehensive explanations of the content. From the viewpoint of the student, you spend the majority of the time listening to a talking head and a little amount of time reading screen-based bullet points or summaries. That is comparable to what you receive from LinkedIn, but the instructors on Udemy had a much more laid-back teaching approach.
